Colombia confirms record 27,000 new cases of coronavirus and 511 deaths (June 2)

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Colombian health authorities reported on Wednesday 27,000 cases of covid-19, a new record for the second consecutive day, reflecting the worrying third wave of the pandemic country has been experiencing for more than two months.

With today's data, the country accumulates 3,459,422 infected, and 511 new deaths were reported, bringing the total to 89,808 deaths due to the coronavirus.

Meanwhile, vaccination continues at a good pace, and in the last day, 290,845 doses were applied for a total of 10,382,967 vaccinated in the country, of which 3 . . .
