Covid-19: Rolling Average Daily Deaths in Brazil Remain Low

In terms of infections, Brazil is the world's third most affected country by the pandemic, according to the Johns Hopkins University count, and has the second highest number of coronavirus deaths.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Brazil recorded a daily rolling average of 384 deaths by Covid-19 on Wednesday, November 4th. The rolling average registers the last seven days' fluctuations and eliminates distortions between a high midweek and a low weekend figure.

Since 8 PM the preceding day, Brazil recorded 23,815 new infections and 622 more deaths. In total, there have been 5,590,941 infections and 161,170 deaths as a result of the novel coronavirus since the outbreak of the pandemic.
