Covid-19: new Pfizer vaccine batch lands in Brazil (June 22)

Two more vaccine batches will be sent to the Ministry of Health later this week, according to Pfizer's forecast, totaling 2.4 million doses in the period.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - This week's first batch with Pfizer/BioNTech vaccines against Covid-19 landed in Viracopos Airport, Campinas (SP), on Tuesday night, June 22, with 528,840 doses.

Two more vaccine batches will be sent to the Ministry of Health later this week, according to Pfizer's forecast, totaling 2.4 million doses in the period.

The new batches will arrive on June 24 and 27 also in Viracopos, with 936,000 doses each batch. According to Pfizer's report, together with the previous batches, more than 13 million doses will have been delivered until the end . . .
