RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - More than 1,000 Brazilian cities reported facing difficulties with oxygen supply in at least one health unit in the next ten days, according to a survey by the National Council of Municipal Health Secretaries (Conasems), in which nearly 2,500 municipalities participated.
Brazil registered on Wednesday 3,829 new deaths due to covid-19, which brings the total number of fatal victims of the disease in the country to 340,776, according to the Ministry of Health.
