Covid-19: 15.5 million people vaccinated in Brazil, 7.32% of the population (March 28)

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The number of people vaccinated against Covid-19 with at least the first dose in Brazil reached 15,504,363 this Sunday, March 28, according to data gathered by the consortium of media outlets. The number represents 7.32% of the total Brazilian population.

In the last 24 hours, 255,516 first doses were applied. Among the 15.5 million vaccinated, 4.7 million people have received the second dose, which represents 2.22% of the population with complete immunization. In the last 24 hours, 20,789 people received this booster dose.
