Brazil’s Paraná state to vaccinate entire 18+ population by late September – Governor

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - On Monday, June 14, Paraná governor Ratinho Junior (PSD) said that the state will vaccinate its entire population over 18 years of age against Covid-19, with at least the first dose, until the end of September 2021.

Ratinho Junior said that the estimate is based on the Ministry of Health's schedule in delivering the doses to the state.

The government of Paraná has not announced any schedule by age for the estimate to be met. The full schedule with the expected vaccination, according to the state, will be released throughout the week.
