Covid-19: Venezuela reaches 3,733 deaths since pandemic began (August 10)

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Venezuela on Tuesday reached 3,733 deaths due to Covid-19 since the start of the pandemic in the country, with 14 new deaths from the disease in the past 24 hours, reported Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez.

"Sadly, 14 Venezuelans died in the last hours due to the coronavirus," Rodríguez tweeted, detailing that 5 of those deaths occurred in the state of Anzoátegui, another 5 in Zulia, 2 in Táchira, 1 in Caracas and another person in Miranda.

The Vice President also said that 896 new Covid-19 infections were recorded . . .
