RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Luxembourg-based technology unicorn Globant, one of the "big three" tech disruptors that were founded in Argentina and have since expanded rapidly into Latin America and around the world, has announced the acquisition of Atix Labs, an Argentine professional services company specializing in the use of blockchain, it said in a statement.
The acquisition, the amount of which has not been disclosed, will help Globant expand its offering in the blockchain market, which is expected to increase tenfold in size by 2025.
