RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Legendary Dominican merenguero Johnny Ventura died Wednesday at the age of 81, a victim of a heart attack, his family informed the press.
According to initial reports, the death of the popular artist, former deputy, and former mayor of Santo Domingo occurred in a clinic in the province of Santiago (north).
