RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Chilean authorities declared on Sunday, October 20th, a curfew in Chile for the second consecutive day due to the violent demonstrations and looting that took place for three days in the capital, Santiago. The measure became effective at 7 PM and was suspended at 6 AM on Monday, October 21st, as scheduled.
