The director of the Police, General Jorge Luis Vargas, assured in a press conference that they are investigating four companies, “if they exist”, because they would have made “the recruitment, the grouping of these people” and organized the trips to the Dominican Republic, from where they arrived in Port-au-Prince.

The Haitian Police informed that the assassination of Moise was perpetrated on Wednesday by a commando of 28 persons, of which 26 are Colombian nationals, and two others are Haitian Americans.
