RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Haiti's new Prime Minister Ariel Henry took office Tuesday and called for "exemplary" punishment for those involved in the assassination of President Jovenel Moîse.

"All those suspected of being material or intellectual authors must be identified and brought to Justice. We will never again have to experience such a tragedy," Henry said during the inauguration ceremony of the new government . . .
