Insecurity in Paraguay Decreased Fifty Percent, Says Minister

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Juan Ernesto Villamayor, the Paraguayan Minister of the Interior, said in a cabinet meeting that his ministry would release a statistical report showing that during the first year of the government of Mario Abdo Benítez, of the right-wing Colorado Party, the rate of insecurity in the country has decreased.
