RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Peruvian Government has authorized the reopening of activities at cinemas, theaters, gyms, casinos, and slot machine halls at 40% capacity in enclosed spaces, according to a decree published on Sunday in El Peruano official gazette.
