RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - "President Pedro Castillo sent a missive to OECD Secretary-General Mathias Cormann, in which he ratified Peru's firm aspiration to join as a member of this organization, to raise standards in the implementation of public policies," the Foreign Ministry said on its Twitter account.
