RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – The prestigious list detailing the organizations recognized by their employees as the most outstanding in the country has been released.
In what is already a classic event in the industry, Great Place To Work (GPTW) released yesterday, Wednesday, March 3rd, its annual list of “The Best Places to Work in Argentina in 2021”, a ranking based on the data provided by the companies’ own employees through a survey.
Photo Internet ReproductionThe survey, now in its 19th edition, was based on the opinion of 90,457 employees from 135 companies, of which 50 were recognized as the best places to work in the country, representing the opinion of 54,618 employees.
In a context of great health, social and economic challenges, the companies ranked in Argentina have established clear priorities: the employees, the business and the community, according to GPTW.
Among some of the conclusions drawn from the survey are: team spirit played a key role and organizations placed great focus, resources and creativity to keep people together; while salary and financial benefits remain an important factor, other issues such as work-life balance are becoming increasingly important; organizations are shifting from the “one-size-fits-all” general benefits packages to personalized plans for each employee; and the pandemic and isolation forced them to review work arrangements to help employees juggle home office and homeschooling with household chores.
GPTW has interviewed over 100 million employees worldwide since 1992 and uses its benchmarks to identify the Best Places to Work in more than 60 countries.
