One of the investment opportunities is a land located in the beach resort of Punta del Diablo, in El Rivero, four blocks from Playa de los Pescadores. The large lot of 510 square meters is clean, leveled, surveyed, and with all contributions paid for the year 2021.

As a novelty, there is a new land located in the same beach resort and is located five and a half blocks from the beach La Viuda. It has an area of 510 square meters and is clean, leveled, surveyed by surveyor and with all the contribution year 2021 paid.

Five other lots are going to online auction in Punta del Diablo. One of the lots is a corner lot, with an area of 529.64 square meters. Two other plots have 510 square meters each, another 501 and a fourth of 540.

In La Paloma, there are three other lots of 435 square meters each. All of them are in Playa Anaconda, close to Avenida del Navío.

The last land to be auctioned is a five-hectare farm in the Garzón area on Route 9. The productivity index of the farm is 134, with soils 10.7.

HOW TO BID

Each auction is public and open to any civil or legal person, both Uruguayan and foreign, and the only thing that needs to be done beforehand is to register. In turn, the interested party may establish an automatic bid to bid without having to wait for the auction.

You may indicate on the site the maximum value you are willing to bid, and the system will award bids incrementally according to the asset’s value at any given time. Your maximum value does not mean the value you will pay, but the maximum you are willing to pay.

For example, if an object has a base value of US$100, and the customer sets his automatic bid at US$200, the system will first bid US$110.

If no one bids and the deadline expires, the purchase is awarded for US$110. But if someone bids US$120, the system will generate an automatic bid of US$130, and so on up to the maximum value of US$200 previously set by the interested party.

Through the website lucasremates.com, interested parties can search for information regarding the assets being auctioned, with the characteristics of each one and a wide variety of photos and videos to get to know the asset before bidding for its acquisition.

The platform also gives Uruguayans living abroad, foreigners, and people from the country’s interior who do not need to be present at the time of the auction the opportunity to see the auctions.
