RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - A new aesthetic procedure developed in the United States pledges to add a few extra centimeters to short men. The promising technique was created by the LimbPlastX Institute in Las Vegas and has been conquering the Internet after disclosing some of the results obtained by its patients.
