Bárbara Paz Wins Best Documentary Award at Venice Film Festival

"Babenco: Tell Me When I Die" is not yet scheduled to make its commercial debut, but it has been confirmed for the São Paulo International Film Festival, which takes place in October.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL -  Winning the Independent Critics Award during the 76th Venice International Film Festival, Bárbara Paz took the trophy for Best Documentary in the Venice Classic Film Festival for "Babenco: Tell Me When I Die" on Saturday, September 7th.

"I won, my God!", celebrated the actress on her social media.

In addition to directing the feature film, Barbara is also its co-producer alongside Myra Babenco and the brothers Caio Gullane and Fabiano Gullane.
