RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The update released yesterday, October 28th, by the Ministry of Health (MS) reports 28,629 new cases of Covid-19 in 24 hours, since the report released on Tuesday. There are now 5,468,270 cases since the start of the pandemic.
In addition, 510 new deaths have been registered, totaling 158,456 fatalities. Of the total of people infected, 4,934,548 (90.2 percent) are classified as having recovered from the disease.
