RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Brazil has recorded over 1,000 daily deaths from Covid-19 for the fourth straight day. In 24 hours, 1,204 new deaths were reported, raising the total number of deaths during the pandemic to 237,601.
The survey is based on data supplied by state health secretariats. Ceará was the only state that failed to provide updated data by the closing of the report, at 8 PM.
