Covid-19: Brazilians held up in Portugal return to Brazil on March 10th

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Another group of Brazilians who have been held up in Portugal because of the novel coronavirus pandemic will return to Brazil next Tuesday, March 9th. An extraordinary TAP Air Portugal commercial flight will fly the Lisbon-São Paulo route. The flight is scheduled to take off at 10 AM, Brasília time.

Scheduled flights between the two countries were suspended on January 27th by the Portuguese government due to the virus variant detected in Amazonas. The measure prevented many Brazilians from returning.
