Covid-19: Brazil Counts 1,100 Deaths and 36,600 Cases in Past 24 Hours (September 15th)

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - In the past 24 hours, Brazil recorded 1,113 deaths and 36,653 new cases related to the novel coronavirus. The data are included in the Ministry of Health's daily balance released on Tuesday evening, September 15th.

Since the start of the pandemic, 133,119 people have died as a result of Covid-19. On Monday, the Ministry of Health's data system recorded a total of 132,006 deaths. A further 2,445 are still under investigation by health authorities.
