RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Brazil recorded 1,269 new deaths from Covid-19 in the previous 24 hours, according to an update by the Ministry of Health released yesterday, June 17th. With these additions to the statistics, the country now totals 46,510 deaths from the novel coronavirus pandemic.
The report also included 32,188 new cases of the disease, totaling 955,377, and should reach the one million mark of infections by the end of this week.
