Covid-19: Brazil Records 171,900 Deaths, 6.23 Million Cases (November 27th)

The new pandemic data are included in the Ministry of Health's daily update, released in a press conference on Friday, November 27th.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - According to the Ministry of Health, the number of deaths linked to the novel coronavirus pandemic reached 171,971 yesterday, November 27th.  There are a further 2,177 deaths under investigation.

With 6,238,093 cases registered in Brazil since the start of the pandemic, the Ministry of Health points out that the recovery rate stands at 88.8%, with 5,536,355 people considered recovered from the disease. In 24 hours, 33,873 positive Covid-19 diagnoses were registered.
