COVID-19: ‘Safe Bolivia’ App Announced by Government Agency

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – The Government of Bolivia presented on January 18th the application and a magazine called ‘Safe Bolivia: united against Covid-19’ (‘Bolivia Segura: Unidos contra el Covid’) where people can search for information related to the coronavirus pandemic. President Luis Arce affirmed that they will be of great use to the population.

“The application that they present to us can be on the cell phones of each Bolivian, we understand that it will be very useful (…). To have very important information that is going to be distributed in a small brochure that is going to be distributed to the different points so that the population can also access this publication in print, ”said the president.

This app was designed by the Agency for Electronic Government and Information and Communication Technologies (Agetic).

How to download the app

The Bolivia Segura application can be downloaded on any mobile device, both IoS and Android. Accede to Apple Store or Google Play, type in the search engine the name of the application (Bolivia Segura) and click on ‘download’. In just a few seconds, you will have the app on your mobile phone.
