PWC study: World executives see global recovery, Brazilian CEOs are the most confident

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Exactly one year after the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the pandemic, with an unexpected recession in virtually the whole world, an unprecedented survey with 5,050 executives in 100 countries and territories points to renewed hope in a global economic recovery.

The 24th annual edition of the CEO Survey, conducted by PwC, shows that 76% of executives believe in an improved economic environment in 2021, and 36% are "very confident" in the growth of their own business over the next 12 months.

In the specific case of Brazil, the answers are even more optimistic: 85 . . .
