Vaccination: Brazil Ranks 8th in Absolute Terms and 34th Proportionally

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Over 94 million doses have been administered worldwide and just over two million in Brazil. In absolute figures, this places the country among the eight that have vaccinated the most, although less than 1% of the population has been immunized to date.

Brazil is placed 34th in the vaccination ranking proportional to population in a survey conducted on Monday, February 1st, by the Our World in Data project, linked to the University of Oxford. If absolute figures are considered, the country ranks 8th.

With just over two million vaccines administered, the country has immunized 0.96 . . .
