RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The City Hall of São Paulo published on Saturday, August 10th, a decree regulating the use of shared electric scooters in the city of São Paulo.
The maximum speed allowed for scooters, either in bicycle paths or lanes, is twenty kilometers per hour.
