Decree Sets Rules for Shared Scooter Service in São Paulo

Minors under the age of eighteen will not be eligible to use the equipment, and the maximum allowed speed will be twenty kilometers per hour.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The City Hall of São Paulo published on Saturday, August 10th, a decree regulating the use of shared electric scooters in the city of São Paulo.

The maximum speed allowed for scooters, either in bicycle paths or lanes, is twenty kilometers per hour.
