RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - A serious accident took the lives of four women and left an injured person on BR-282 in São José do Cerrito, in the Santa Catarina mountains. The crash involving two cars occurred on Tuesday night, February 25th, in the Salto dos Marianos region.
According to the Federal Highway Police (PRF), the fatal victims were driving a GM Onyx, with Dois Vizinhos plates, in the southwest of Paraná, and crossing the highway when they crashed head-on with a Toyota RAV4 with plates from Erechim (RS).
