Spain Overtakes China in Number of Confirmed Cases

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Spain has recorded 6,398 new confirmed cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours, according to the local Health Ministry on Monday, March 30th.

Now, the country has reached 85,195 positive tests, overtaking China, which has just over 81,000.

The European country also recorded 812 new deaths in the period. The figure represents a 12.44 percent drop in the daily rate. In total, 7,340 people have died from coronavirus in Spain . . .
