Uber Hourly, Launched Only in USA, Allows Booking Trips by Paying Flat Rates

What if, rather than paying Uber per trip, one could hire an hourly service? That is Uber Hourly's proposal. After a trial period, the service was officially announced on Friday, May 29th, for some cities in the United States.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - In the US, Uber Hourly allows users to book an hour-long trip by paying a flat rate of US$50 (R$267). During this time users can make several stops at no additional cost. This allows users to travel to several places without having to order a new car for each trip.

In fact, users can book up to seven hours, but the price does not change: each booked hour costs US$50.
