RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - WhatsApp users have reported difficulties in sending photos, videos and audio on the popular messaging app this Sunday morning, January 19th.
On the mobile app (for both Android and iPhone), the picture constantly processes. The same problem occurs with WhatsApp Web and WhatsApp Desktop, both browser and PC versions. There is still a notification that "Your message was not sent".
The DownDetector site, which specializes in recording digital platform failures, has already recorded thousands of complaints.
