World Cup 2022 might be the last for Neymar Jr. as he “doesn’t know if he has the strength of mind to deal with football”

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – The Brazilian star has already made two attempts to win the main international soccer trophy for his country’s sixth time in history. The next tournament will be in Qatar in 2022 and, in his own words, could be the last for Neymar Jr.

He said there’s no “strength of mind” in him, and the player will give everything to the next tournament and realize his dreams. The Neymar Jr. news are the most popular at Bookmaker Ratings News.

Perhaps the main reason for ‘ending’ his career with the national team was the player’s fitness. By 2026, when the World Cup moves to the USA, Canada, and Mexico, Neymar Jr. will be 34 years old. Most of the Brazilian’s positive features will be gone: there will be no speed or technique. Like other aging superstars, he will need to adapt without them: Messi plays deeper, and Cristiano Ronaldo has stopped pressing in defense.

It is hard to imagine such an inglorious ending for a player who has won 18 trophies in his career, playing for Barcelona and PSG. It is, therefore, to be expected as only a moment of weakness, and soon one of the best players in socer history will explain his words in more detail.
