Brazil Wants to Lead Global Seafood Market

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Jorge Seif Júnior, National Secretary of Aquaculture and Fisheries, said he is determined to include Brazil among the world’s leading seafood producers. During a live transmission on social media, he highlighted the vastitude of the Brazilian coast. “We have everything it takes to be a world’s leader [in seafood production],” Seif said, adding that Brazil will follow the example of China, one of the world’s largest fish producers.
