Watch Video with Fight Between Neymar and the Model Accusing him of Rape

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – The police obtained on Wednesday, June 5th, the video of the fight between Neymar and the woman who is accusing him of rape. In the images, it is possible to see the somewhat violent discussion in a hotel room in Paris, France, between the soccer star of the Brazilian national team and French club PSG, and Brazilian model Najila Trindade Mendes de Souza.

Earlier, the player’s father, Neymar Santos, told Cidade Alerta that the player was the “victim of a setup” by the girl. Conversely, Najila Trindade Mendes de Souza said to Jornal da Record that she was “raped” by the athlete.

“This video will only prove that Neymar was assaulted. She assaults him in order to get him to retaliate,” said Neymar’s father.

“He assaulted me and raped me,” summed up the model, who also said she was shaken after giving testimony.

Shortly before the release of the video, Neymar entered the field with the Brazilian team in a friendly match against Qatar at  the Mané Garrincha stadium in Brasília. The player injured his right ankle and left the field supported by doctors, with 15 minutes still in the first half.
