RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - A third of the people killed by the Rio de Janeiro Civil Police during Operation Exceptis, last Thursday, May 6th, have no criminal proceedings on the Rio de Janeiro State Court website.
A survey, conducted by Estadão on the court's website on Saturday evening, May 8th, showed that no criminal proceedings are registered in the name of 9 of the 27 killed in the operation.
