RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The 'Interferências3' ("Interferences3") exhibition, organized by the digital culture center Oi Kabum!Lab, considered the meeting and resistance point of Rio's popular youth, promises to take over the city of Rio de Janeiro today, November 16th, with a set of urban installations and public performances by more than 70 artists from the outskirts of the capital city of Rio de Janeiro.
