RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – A partnership of the Rio de Janeiro Tourism Ambassadors Association and the Tourism Consulting Portal carried out a survey with 1,000 international tourists who visited the city from July 5th to 25th.
The goal was to determine the profile of foreign tourists visiting Rio de Janeiro in July.
With the support of the Cesgranrio Foundation, the Cieth Tourism School and Sergio Castro Imóveis, 20 researchers coordinated by professors Bayard Boiteux and Marcos Neves conducted the research in seven districts: Jacarepaguá, Barra da Tijuca, Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Catete, and downtown.
