Bus Accident Leaves 28 Injured in one of Rio’s Interstate Highways

According to the Federal Highway Police (PRF), the bus, which transported employees of a multinational automobile manufacturer, was heading south towards São Paulo, when it drove off and fell into a stream near the 283-kilometer marker in the south of Rio State.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Twenty-eight people were injured in a bus accident earlier this morning, September 25th, on the Presidente Dutra Highway (BR-116), which links Rio de Janeiro to São Paulo.
