Samba da Serrinha (Madureira) – Serrinha, one of the nests of Rio’s samba, will host its traditional roda de samba this Sunday at Casa do Jongo.

Today’s roda de samba will be a musical homage to renowned composer Silas de Oliveira and its epic samba-enredo composition, “Heróis da Liberdade”.
