RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - In preparation for the 110th anniversary of Rio de Janeiro's Municipal Theater, celebrated on July 14th, the resident dancers will do a preview for the public on June 25th and 26th, with the "Ballet do Meio-Dia" midday show, designed to attract those who visit the theater during their lunch hour.
"The purpose of the initiative is to allow people to get closer to the theater to celebrate the anniversary," Cecilia Kerche, director of the Corps de Ballet, told Agência Brasil.
