RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - On the list of neighborhoods in the city of Rio with the number of deaths due to Covid-19, the West Zone counts seven out of the ten with the highest number of deaths in the whole capital city.
However, the region with the highest number of fatalities due to the disease in the city is Copacabana, in the South Zone with 35 confirmed reports.
Next are Campo Grande (31); Bangu (28); Realengo (24); Santa Cruz (23); Tijuca (23); Barra da Tijuca (20); Jacarepaguá (13); Vila Isabel (11) and Recreio (11).
