RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Little over two months since her last visit to the Cidade Maravilhosa, Brazilian pop superstar Anitta is set to return this Friday, December 21st, to Vivo Rio as a special guest of singer-songwriter Silva’s ‘Brasileiro’ tour. They are promising to give the first live performance of their hit duet ‘Fica Tudo Bem’ (All Is Well) which has amassed over nineteen million views on Youtube.
Arguably the biggest Brazilian pop star in the world, Anitta is returning to Rio de Janeiro two months after her last visit here, when she presented her ‘Show das Poderosinhas’ (The Little, Mighty Ones Show) children’s concert.
This time, she is coming as a special guest of fellow Brazilian pop singer Silva. While fans of Silva can expect to hear hits from his newest album, 2018’s ‘Brasileiro,’ such as ‘A Cor É Rosa’ (The Color of Rose) and ‘Duas da Tarde’ (Two in the Afternoon), there will be many fans of Anitta who will be eagerly anticipating the first live performance of their duet ‘Fica Tudo Bem.’
This collaboration was one of the big surprises of the ‘Brasileiro’ album, and seems to have arisen after the two met in Rio de Janeiro and then exchanged photos via social media.
Fans of Brazilian super-group Tribalistas will also be in for a treat as Silva often plays songs from his collaborative album with Marisa Monte, including the tracks ‘Beija Eu’ (Kiss Me) and ‘Eu Sei (Na Mira)’ (I Know (On Target)). Anitta has also recently been confirmed as one of next year’s headliners at Rock in Rio 2019.
