RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The former federal judge and governor of Rio, Wilson Witzel, holds at least seven degrees in his academic history.
In the Lattes curriculum - a platform in which professionals list achievements throughout their careers - he lists undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at several universities.
