Noite do Bem Bolado @ Circo Voador (Lapa) – After their debut night at Circo Voador quickly sold out, the Noite do Bem Bolado returns with another stellar line-up.
Sexteto Sucupira, Samba que Elas Querem and Samba Independente dos Bons Costumes are all going to be hitting the stage on Friday evening. And as it is close to Christmas, the public is invited to donate comic books that will be sent to children and adolescents. This is a new and exciting night of live music that celebrates all things great about contemporary Brazilian culture.
Tickets are between R$30-R$60 and the night begins at 10PM.

Festa Soul @ Mississippi Delta Blues Bar (Gamboa) – Come and enjoy the first edition of the Soul Party at Mississippi Delta Blues Bar.
They will be playing all the classics of soul music that are guaranteed to fill the dance-floor. Think plenty of Jackson 5, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, and many more surprises!
Entrance is free and the night starts at 7PM.

As M3rd@s Que Deixamos Pra Trás @ Bar Bukowski (Botafogo) – This Friday, it’s time to celebrate leaving 2018 behind and preparing to make room for 2019! Being Bar Bukowski, the night will involve a lot of rock ‘n’ roll until dawn: the perfect way to count down yet another day until the new year.
There will be deals on vodka and special ‘oracle poems’ to help you make sense of this coming year and what it holds in store. There will be Stella Artois available for R$10 and caipivodkas for R$12.45! There is also karaoke with a free shot of vodka courage and a prize of R$200 for the best singer of the night!
The night starts at 6:30PM and up until 9PM it is free entry. After 9PM it’s R$35 entry with your name on the event wall or R$55 normal entry.

Winehouse is a wine bar run by a British expat that has brought an eclectic range of wines to Rio including a mix of fabulous national wines and international favorites. There is also a great selection of nibbles and cheese boards. For those that aren’t too keen on wine, there is plenty of beer and cocktail options too. Happy hour begins at 5PM and finishes at 8PM.

Blue Agave (Ipanema)
Blue Agave Ipanema is always a great place for Mexican food, drinks and for watching live sport streams and broadcasts. Just around the corner from Posto 9, the bar is also known for its mostly English-speaking staff and crowd which frequents the establishment.
