Friday's Rio Nightlife Pick - Tonight, The Mansion Rio in Santa Teresa will host the Bal Masque party in celebration of the first official day of carnival.
There will be a premium open bar until 11:30 PM that includes champagne veuve clicquot, premium vodka drinks, gin&tonic and beer. Live music will be brought to the venue by John Failly, Lorenzo Caliento, Mea Bass band, and Mary Lou.
