PARTY:
Marst @ Cave (Copacabana) – Marst is a renowned DJ / French music producer who was discovered by house music impresario Laurent Garnier.

Marst is part of the select roster of artists from Diynamic Music which includes Dixon, Âme, Carl Cox, Marco Carola, Agoria among many others.

Now Marst arrives at the CAVE club for his first performance in Rio de Janeiro, for what is his first tour of Brazil.

Tickets are between R$15-R$50 and the night begins at 11:45PM.

Rock na Praia! @ Pedra Do Leme (Leme) – This Friday’s event will feature ’30 years of rock 1988′ by DJ Thiê Rock, creator of the event, who has prepared a setlist dedicated to that great year for rock’n’roll.

The Brahma do Leme kiosk is the venue for the party, with plenty of covered space and a privileged view of the sea and the beautiful Leme rock.

There will be rock’n’roll décor for rock fans to feel at home, in addition to a special welcome batida.

The prices of draft beer and bottled beer are cheap, and the same goes for the various appetizers. The value of the artistic cover is R$5.

This event starts at 6PM.

InterNations turns 11 @ Ibis Copacabana (Copacabana) – Famed expatriate society InterNations turns 11.

So they’re making a toast to this amazing platform for bringing all the global minds together and to all the connections made.

There’s going to be singing, dancing and plenty of rocking the mic at this celebration of InterNations’ birthday at Ibis Copacabana.

The hotel has a friendly staff, modern ambiance and it is located just 5 minutes from the famous Copacabana Beach and 2 minutes from the Cantagalo metro station.

Entrance is in cash only. Please pay at the door.

Food and drinks can be paid by card.

Karaoke available for InterNations members for R$10.

The party starts at 8PM.

Winehouse (Botafogo)
Winehouse is a wine bar run by a British expat that has brought an eclectic range of wines to Rio including a mix of fabulous national wines and international favorites. There is also a great selection of nibbles and cheese boards. For those that aren’t too keen on wine, there is plenty of beer and cocktail options too. Happy hour begins at 5PM and finishes at 8PM.

Blending culinary, drinks and fashion, the bar/store invites a different chef to prepare a new menu every week. Besides great imported beer labels, it usually serves delicious veggie food and homemade burgers.

Pavão Azul (Copacabana)
Pavão Azul is a lively bar in Copacabana, famous for its exceptionally cold beers and prawn pastels. It gets crowded there every night, making every day of the week seem like the weekend.

Blue Agave (Ipanema)
Blue Agave Ipanema is always a great place for Mexican food, drinks and for watching live sport streams and broadcasts. Just around the corner from Posto 9, the bar is also known for its mostly English-speaking staff and crowd which frequents the establishment. Be sure to check out Blue Agave in Copacabana also for a great night out.
