Monday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – After the sucess of the first edition, Monday Night Live will once again present the live storytelling event, Vent – Telling it Like it Was.
Taking place at Beco Das Garrafas in Copacabana, the event will feature six storytellers from the United States, Ireland, Beligium, UK/India and Brazil. Tonight’s guests will include Julia Michaels, Michael Royster, Stephen Garland, and newcomers Raf Kiss, Amit Kumar, and Jose Calneto.
The event promises to be a great night of incredible stories, sharing, connecting and venting. Doors open at 8PM and the show begins at 8:30PM.

The Rio Moonday Boat Party is back tonight with neon paint and DJs to help you glow while dancing in the moonlight this Monday. Boarding will begin at 11PM at the Marina da Glória There will be welcome shots for guys until 11:30PM and an open bar of vodka, beer and soft drinks for girls until 12AM, when the boat departs. Following departure, the boat will make its way around Guanabara Bay for four hours with DJs j Rodriguinho and Angola spinning best of trap, world music, funk, house and reggaeton.

Roda de Samba with Rixxa (Lapa)
For a great night of dancing and singing, head to Lapa’s Carioca da Gema. The venue will come alive at 7:30PM as singer and guitarist Pedro Holanda performs live. Then at 9:30PM it’s time for three hours of samba provided by vocalist Rixxa accompanied by brilliant percussionists and members of the Zeca Pagodinho band.
