PARTY:
Long set @ Comuna (Botafogo) – Resident Comuna DJ Rafael Najhar invites Marcia Vieira for a back-to-back ‘Long set’ which will keep going well into the early hours.

Vieira brings with them a very clear musical selection plus a lot of vinyls in their backpack. Prepare for an excellent combination of analog and digital beats at one of Rio’s hippest nightlife spots.

This is a free entry event and doors open at 6:30PM.

Beach Combers @ Mississippi Delta Blues Bar (Gamboa) – The Blues Bar’s bartender, Felipe Arrais is celebrating his birthday by presenting a rocking live show for all to enjoy!

There will be a double bill of live music with both Beach Combers performing plus Sergival & Trio de Forró. Guests are encouraged to buy a shot for the barman, thereby gaining a very useful friend for life!

This free event begins at 7PM.

PARTY:
Clube dos 27 @ Bar Bukowski (Botafogo) – This Saturday Bar Bukwoski pay tribute to the legendary figures who all shuffled off this mortal coil at the young and tender age of 27.

Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Amy Winehouse, Kurt Cobain, Jim Morrison, the list is long and filled with stars who shined short and bright while changing the course of history, leaving a legacy of classics that will be sung for eternity!

So this Saturday, the band Drenna will pay tribute to all of them with a special live show. Then the night continues with the resident Bukowski DJs playing the best rock ‘n’ roll until dawn. The drinks offer for the night is a two-for-one on Becks beer until midnight.

Tickets are between R$35-R$55 and the party kicks off at 9PM.
